●What kind of facility is this? This is the third in the lifestyle residence series, renovated and operated by goodroom, which combines the best of both rentals and hotels. It's the closest to the station to date! It was born right behind Chofu-Kokuryo Station. This time, it's the largest yet, with 70 units. The first floor even has a cafe and art gallery run by Tegamisha, a familiar name at the Tokyo Flea Market. It is a charming town where the city and the countryside coexist. It takes about 35 minutes to Shinjuku Station by direct train. If you change to the express train on the way, you can get there a little faster. It takes about 40 minutes to Shibuya Station with one change. It is a direct line to the Toei Shinjuku Line, so you can go to Jimbocho and Akihabara in one train. The property is right behind the station, so it is very close to the station.
