This residence is a combination of the best of both rental and hotel, renovated and operated by goodroom. This facility also has a cafe by Tegamisha, famous for its good sauna and flea market! It is also a 3-minute walk from Kokuryo Station on the Keio Line and 27 minutes to Shinjuku.
