Musashi-seki Station is about 20 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. There are buses to Ogikubo, Kichijoji, and Mitaka, so it's convenient. It's about 20 minutes to Kichijoji, and there are many buses. Near the station, there is a greengrocer and convenience store that are popular with locals, so you can easily do your shopping. The room is far from the station, but it is a quiet and calm environment◎ You can also cycle to Shakujii Park, so it's nice to have a picnic or paddle a swan board with someone at Shakujii Pond on your days off. ● What kind of room is it? This is a beautiful share house built in 2015 in a quiet residential area. It is cleaned four times a week, so both the exterior and interior are clean and you can live comfortably. The interior has a chic and calm atmosphere. Unusually for a share house, the shower booths and toilets are not shared, but are in each room, which is a nice point! The best part of a share house is that kitchen is shared and you can also interact with others, but you want to use the shower and toilet privately and leisurely. The shared lounge is about 35 tatami mats in size, and there are many chairs and tables to relax in. There are two kitchen with three burners, so everyone can cook together and eat together in the dining room, and then relax while watching TV. That's the kind of life I can imagine. At the entrance on the second floor, there is a space with training machines and bookshelves. You can do muscle training or hang out laundry on the balcony. It's an open and friendly atmosphere. On holiday mornings, you can go to the wooden deck. I'd like to make a cup of coffee and relax while feeling the gentle flow of time. And right in front of the wooden deck is a very fine vegetable garden! The owner next door grows it and shares it with us, so you can live a healthy life with dishes that incorporate seasonal vegetables. International exchange takes a little courage, but it's not scary if you're with a good friend. It may be good that there are many foreigners who stay for short periods of time because it's well ventilated. ●Points of concern ・It is far from the station. →There are many buses, so use the bus! There is a bicycle parking lot and the surrounding roads are flat, so if you have a bicycle, you can easily get to Kichijoji. ・It is a shower room. →There is a fine and tasteful public bathhouse nearby! The well water is heated with firewood, so it looks like you can have a wonderful bath experience! ●Finally It is clean and homey.
